Core Values
We exist to glorify God by making disciples and multiplying churches among all nations, beginning in Jamestown First. This vision is outlined and unpacked in our core values.

Enjoy.
We value God and find delight in Him. We value Him as our first love. Everything we do is about Him and His glory. (Revelation 2:1-7)

Exemplify.
We value God's call upon the lives of believers to live above reproach. We value the opportunity we possess to be a testimony of Christ to people around us.

Enable.
We value the reality that eternal life could never be earned by one's own work. We value the truth that Jesus is the only way to eternal salvation. We value the truth that only Jesus can enable a person to become a child of God when one repents and receives the free gift of salvation, by grace through faith.

Enrich.
We value God's call to believers to grow as disciples of Christ. We value the opportunity to make disciples, studying God's Word in order to rightly divide the Word of truth. We value the reality that God's Kingdom is built in the lives of people when believers make disciples by intentionally pouring into the life of another believer. (Revelation 3:14-22)

Encounter.
We value the ability to know God the Father through Christ Jesus. We value the opportunity for authentic and personal encounter with the Spirit of God. (Revelation 2:8-11)

Engage.
We value God's call upon the lives of believers to join in, serving the Lord from a place of daily devotion to Christ. (Revelation 2:18-29)

Endure.
We value God's call upon the lives of believers to remain faithful, persevering through trials and temptations. We value the blessing of community that God provides in church family. We value the truth that children of God are not alone and are called to spur each other on, bearing one another's burdens.

Exalt.
We value the worship of God. We value God's call upon the lives of believers to respond to Him with praise and adoration due His name. We value our responsibility to provide opportunities for God's people to respond to Him accordingly, both corporately and individually. (Revelation 4:1-11)
